1. Orbi Router and Satellite Not Synced

1. Check your Internet Connection

You can also get in touch with the ISP and ask if there is an internet outage issue. If an internet outage is the problem, then all you can do is wait till the problem is solved from the end.

2. Check the Network Adapter

If an internet connection isn’t the problem, then check your network adapter. You should also check the switches on the router, and a network adapter is necessary. To check this, you need to ensure the access point on the Orbi router is on and follow the below steps. 

  • Press the Windows + R keys to launch the Run box, then enter ncpa.cpl and click on Enter.
  • After that, in the Network Connections section window, check whether the network adapter is enabled. 
  • If not enabled, then right-click on the adapter and choose the option enable.

2. Check for Firmware Update

4. Factory Reset the Orbi

  • Firstly, make sure the power LED light on the router is on.
  • After this, take a small paper clip or a sharp object.
  • Then locate the reset button at the back of the router.
  • Now insert the paper clip into the reset hole and press it for 6-7 seconds. 
  • Once the LED lights start blinking, release the button.

5. Resync the Satellite
